|. Overview

-The goal of drug is to prevent , cure or control diseases by delivering drug to the target tissues .
-pharmacokinetics:-
 studies the effects of biological systems on the drug
-action of drug is related to plasma concentration of drug .thus , the speed of onset of drug action , the intensity of drug effect, and duration of its action are controlled by :-
1- Absorption  from the site of administration into plasma
2-Distribution  into intracellular fluids
3-Metabolism  by liver , kidney , or other tissues
4- Elimination  from the body in urine ,feces , or bile
we can remember this by ( AD ME ) ( Absorption - Distribution - Metabolism - Elimination )
this 4 processes influences the rout of administration of the drug , the amount and frequency of dose , and dosing intervals.

اولا كده ايه هى الفارما ؟؟
الفارما علم بيعرفنا ازاى الدوا بيأثر فى جسمنا عشان يعالج او يمنع مرض او اعراض معينة. عندنا تعريفين لازم نعرفهم :-

هنتكلم الاول عن :-
1- pharmacokinetics
ممكن نعرفها على انها تأثير الجسم على الدوا

يعنى جسمنا بيعمل ايه فالدوا ؟؟ يعنى بعد الدوا مبيدخل جسمنا بيحصله ايه
اولا بيحصله امتصاص (absorption) ( يعنى الدوا بيوصل للبلازما )
وبعد كده انتشار(distribution)( فى خلايا الجسم )
وبعدين جسمنا يكسر الدوا (metabolism ) ( غالبا بيبقى فالكبد )
وبعدين اخراج الدواء (elimination) ( الكليه لها الدور الاكبر فى العمليه دى ، بالاضافه لاعضاء اخرى )
